“Dear Members, Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you as your President. I truley appreciate your trust and confidence in me. As I begin my term as a president, I always keep in mind that the success of our association is not possible without the active support and participation of the current Board members; past board members;and lastly our members. I welcome all our board members, and all who offered and accepted our requestes to volunteer activities. I really appreciate whose investment of time and money helps us to provide the opportunities for the community. In many ways the second generation of Indian Americans has the best of both the worlds. In the US we see them flourishing in almost every field.We find Indians in top positions in Engineering, Medical and most senior posts in the white house. As parents, it is our responsibiity to provide a plateform to the future generations for them to maintain heritage and values. I firmly believe that Midwest Malayalee Association is a platform that allows usto build a strong Malayalee Community in Greater Chicagoland area. ”
